I've seen a lot of discussion about this on the RGV tapatalk and I'm surprised no one here has talked about it yet, but the new terminal for the Brownsville Airport looks really nice in my opinion, and something that the city needed. Also it will probably look attractive to potential future investors to the area in addition to the SpaceX launch site and the SATA facility in knowing that the city is updating itself and attracting these businesses. (Jump to the 22:30 in the video because that's when they first start talking about the new terminal)

I like the design but I feel there's something missing just not sure what it is yet...

I agree that the new terminal will look nice but it's honestly kind of boring to me. Nothing exciting about it. With SpaceX coming, it should be way more futuristic or modern. Looks like any City Airport, USA. Nothing really special about it. Like someone over there said, it looks like the one in Corpus. I think it looks like McAllen's with a wave or two on top. It's 1000% better than what they have already though. So for that, i give them two thumbs up.

I like the design but I feel there's something missing just not sure what it is yet... Maybe colors? Plants/Greenery? More windows or entrances?

I just saw the video. While I'm happy Brownsville will finally update their airport, the design options leave a lot to be desired. While Tango is clearly the better of the two visually, they're both rather generic and not really in keeping with the look and feel the city wants to portray as a SpaceX city. Nothing stands out to me as a forward looking city with space as their future. Xray looks somewhat like McAllen's airport. Good for them - just hope there's more to come and those aren't the only two options.

You all weren't kidding about that JP guy. I guess he's the Trump of that forum. What he says goes, no other opinion but his matters and no one disagrees with him or he'll attack you and your unborn children. HAHAHAHAAHA!
That Tango design is boring and generic. What a waste of an opportunity to do something great with their new terminal.

It is literally a waste of time trying to discuss something with him. He's severely brainwashed. He also has a side kick named Raul who sets up meetings with important people to talk about how to make Brownsville better. The meetings never end up happening.

You mean even after all this time, Raul still hasn't held his "meetings"?
