By the Convention Center north of West Side Park. Has that DOMAIN in Austin feel. Living on top of Retail spaces. Very cool. www.myhabitatliving.com/

This looks AWESOME! I'd love to live there - except for the overhead flight path - it's perfect!

Damn, a bike/scooter/walk away from all the stuff near the convention center?! Sounds like a dream actually!

Nice! We need more mixed-use midrises here in the valley. They're the best combo when it comes to cost/utility/environmental impact.

I think this is the first development like that here tbh. The valley is actually a great location to experiment on loosening zoning for mixed-use midrises. With us being the fourth (i think?) largest metropolitan area in the state, without being anywhere near the density of the larger cities, if any of McAllen/Brownsville/Harlingen were to allow construction of missing middle housing we could easily be one of the few areas in the country that punch above our weight. And that'd be really exciting for us to say the least.

New photos of the development on the website. They also replaced the photo of the Domain with Palm trees.
