Who wouldn't want to live next to a 1,200 acre State Park/World Birding Center with tons of wildlife in your backyard? The resacas in Cameron County are so valuable to developers. Phase 1 is sold out, phase 2 is underway. An additional large-scale commercial/residentail development is planned directly across the street. Thousands of new homes have been built in Brownsville over the last few years.   |
