$8 million sounds like a lot for a renovation, it sounds like they’re going to “add” to the dealership with an “addition”. Maybe a new dealership where they currently have their pre-owned vehicle lot.
Charlie Clark sells Hyundai, Nissan and Infiniti. We already have a new Hyundai dealership, maybe they’re adding an Infiniti dealership or just expand the Nissan building footprint.

You're right. they have that big used car lot they can build. Maybe they're going to build a new Nissan building and move over leaving the smaller building for a new incoming brand - or used.
