riograndeguardian.com/nextdecade-announces-mammoth-size-project-for-port-of-brownsville/BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Houston-based NextDecade has announced it has made a positive final decision to construct a multi-billion dollar liquefied natural gas export terminal at the Port of Brownsville. The company made the announcement on Wednesday, July 12, and the story was immediately picked up and ran by some of the nation’s major news outlets, including the Rio Grande Guardian International News Service. Eduardo ‘Eddie’ Campirano, the port director, could not hide his excitement for the project. “It’s real. This is it. I am glad its done,” he exclaimed minutes after the announcement was made. “This is the biggest thing that has ever happened in the Rio Grande Valley.” Campirano called the project one of the country’s largest ones made by private enterprise as Phase One calls for an initial investment of $18.4 billion.

The investment is HYOOGE! And that's just Phase One? Amazing. It's exciting to see big corporations finally take note of our area. Hope the Environment is sufficiently protected and it doesn't end up like Port Lavaca or Corpus when others inevitably will follow suit.

That's great! If they, and Space X, can keep the environmental damage to a minimum.

I’d hate to let you down “Mr. Pibb” (Dr. Pepper) ……. But “Granolbright”, “Minionsofmules, or any other name this person might be using is not me. If I’m going to come on this forum and comment there’s no reason to be anyone but me. It sounds like some guy named Andres from Brownsville who’s always commenting on Facebook posts related to Brownsville. And to be clear I’ve been visiting this Forum almost on a daily basis ever since “Senor Cookie” bounced from the original RGV forum a few years back….. I just haven’t felt compelled to comment until now, even after all the s**t that’s been said about me on this Forum.
And I’ll address the whole “Cameron County Forum” in a post later today. And Robert/tlv202, you can keep that dying forum all to yourself (cause that’s what you really wanted anyway right?) As even YOU have migrated over to this site, because you’re now in an echo chamber on what should now be known as the Harlingen Forum.
Miles, I miss you buddy. You’re the only one that had the cajones to stay behind and debate me on the original RGV Forum. We might have had heated discussions but we got over it and moved on. All the rest of y’all ran away when “Mr Cookie” broke off and started this new forum.

Think a bit. 🤣 The other forum was fine long before you and Miles showed up, it's fine after you.

Lol.... let me assure you mr pip...this is not JP and actually I liked his posts...I just dont get why he was banned since he did create lots more traffic in that forum.. n of course, there is miles. Who was there only to create friction with his negative attitude n bias perception of the lower valley.
